The hotel offered a delightful stay, marked by cleanliness and comfort. The location was wonderfully central, putting us just steps away from charming shops and restaurants. However, the dining experience was lacking in variety, and the room size felt a bit small for our family. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that we would consider revisiting.

However, there were a few hiccups, such as issues with air conditioning and cleanliness that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot with a closed lobby and check-in confusion, which set the tone for a series of unfortunate events. The cottage itself had a cute vibe, but the unclean floors and malfunctioning AC made for a disappointing experience, especially during a special celebration. Unfortunately, the lack of effective communication from the management only added to the frustration, leaving us unsatisfied with our overall stay.
